The article outlines the problem of perception of the future tense in languages with different structure. A single semantic invariant has been chosen for identifying peculiarities of verbal forms functioning that denote future time in the Arabic and Ukrainian languages. A special attention has been paid to finding out the allomorphic and isomorphic features of the functioning of verbal forms in unrelated languages.Downloads
