The study of semantic relations on which noun-juxtapositions are formed, are particularly important and urgent to study their features.The aim of the research is to analyze the motivational relations of functional similarities in the structure of terminological noun-juxtapositions. The specific expression of functional similarities’ semantic relations in the structure of terminological noun-juxtapositions are clarify. The main lexico-semantic groups of such nouns are reviewed, are find out features of their structure.
