The typical word-building paradigms of lexico-semantic groups of nouns in the modern Ukrainian language are exposed the article. The singling out of the zones of the word-building paradigm due to the word-class belonging is explained and the structural types of word-building paradigms according to the number of such zones are identified. The word-formation specific
of detachable-suffix desubstantives –constituents of substantive, ajective, verbal zones of wordbuilding paradigms of noun is revealed.
